BUYERS

 

Once you have found the home of your dreams and have a fully executed contract, we will need the following items to help the closing process go smoothly:

 

1.  A fully executed copy of your Purchase contract.

2.  The names and contact information for your real estate agent and lender.

3.  The name and contact information for your homeowners insurance agent.

4.  Your lender may not require a survey of the property and therefore we will not order one without your permission. A survey should be ordered two weeks before closing.

5.  Please let us know if any party to the deed or mortgage will not be present at closing.  If the closing is being done by a Power of Attorney, please provide us with a copy PRIOR to closing and will need to have the original at closing.

Please bring the following to your closing:

6.  Certified funds for your closing monies.  We cannot accept personal, money market, brokerage or third party checks.  Funds must be in the form of a wire transfer, cashiers check or money orders.

7.  Photo identification prior to signing documents.
